Starting Fresh

Are you between 16 and 19* and living in the Harrogate area, not in education, employment or training and looking to either get a job or into college? Are you interested in getting involved in music, art or creative media? Orb could be able to help you. We're part of the new Starting Fresh project helping young adults like you develop your potential, get onto a fulltime education course or get into work.

Orb can provide you with access to a whole range of Music, Art and IT facilities where you can develop your skills in in a whole host of creative ways. You could learn about Music Production or DJing, learn an instrument, get into film editing or web design, even spend some time creating your own art work. At the same time we'll discuss your aims, brush up your CV, get you on accredited courses in everything from Health & Social Care through to Leisure, Travel and Tourism and give you the support you need to progress.
